It is with sadness that we learned of Gerald's passing but with rejoicing because we know where he is, resting in the arms of Jesus. He was a wonderful person, loved life, loved his family, loved everyone. He loved that garden. He never spoke to us that he did not tell you he loved Jesus. God bless the family with wonderful memories.

My family and I sure did love this man. From my boys sitting with him at church when they were little to all the hugs he gave me, my sons, and grandson when they were older, we sure will miss his bright smile and big heart. People complain all the time what they can’t do but Mr. Gerald did not know the meaning of can’t. I will miss driving past his house seeing him work in his garden that he loved so much and will miss stopping by his house to sing Christmas carols. He is home in Heaven now and the angels couldn’t be happier. Prayers to all his family, he may be gone but will forever be in our hearts.
